•Check and confirm manifest and document to related departments (Logistics, Operation…). •Follow up and correct right manifest and document. •Manage completed processing manifest and document to return customer. •Tracking feedback after pick-up survey and send to related departments. •Execute & ensure process of getting feedback/complain from customer. •Build, maintain and improve system of feedback/complain recording. •Handle the feedback/complain though inform, tracking & monitoring improvement/corrective actions from waste management process with others functions (Laboratory, Logistics, Cat Lai & Hon Chong Operation, etc.) until the issue is fixed. •Check the data of cash in and cash out with vendors.
