Innovature Consulting Ltd. is looking for a Customer Services Executive (Korean - English speaking). This candidate will work closely with Recruiting, Client Delivery and Operations department of U.S clients to ensure timely and accurate work in Korea Time Zone. The Customer Services Agent is responsible for duties such as: - Providing effective customer service for customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs; - Communicate effectively with team members within the customer service department; - Process orders from clients; - Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction; - Other task will be assigned by Team leader and Board of Director. ★ Work location: Copac Square Building, 12 Ton Dan, Ward 13, District 4, HCMC ★ Working hours: from 7:00AM – 4:00PM (Monday to Friday) ★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆ OUR BENEFITS ★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆ - Social insurance, Health insurance, Unemployment insurance, Annual Health check-up program and other benefit according to the labor law - Year-end bonus: 13th month salary - PVI Insurance package that will include medical, accident and life insurance after 2 months of probation - Annual company outing trip, teambuilding and charity activities during the years - 15 annual leave days and holidays paid - Birthday, wedding and etc… allowances provided
