Provide the full suite of customer service offering (including booking, enquiries, supply request to key account customers in addition to customized contracted services (eg Reporting) Correspondence to customers when required to furnish information requested by customers or in dealing with complaint resolution Proactively inform customers of shipment delays and potential service failure. Work with Gateway, Operations and DHL Network to achieve promised transit times, service levels and other contracted service requirements for Key Account customers

Good English communication in both speaking and writing Computer skills, especially Excel for reporting and track & trace, working with Global systems and Applications. Can-do attitude with passion and able to work under pressure. 2-year experience in Logistics and in Customer Service related-industry,. Experience in working with Key Account Customers, handling and resolving customers’ issues and complaints.
