I.Objective: -Manage sales of Honda power products to dealer network to achive the sales target. 1Sales activities to dealers: -Introduce and offer Honda power products to dealers. -Convince dealers to buy company’s products. -Receive and process orders from dealers. -Manage A/R of dealers. -Take care of dealers by phone, email, visiting … -Receive and solve complains from dealers. 2Others: -Collect and update information of competitors. -Propose solutions for increasing sales (such as: advertising, promotion, price adjustment …). -Follow sales process and co-operate with other Department to achive the target. -Implement company’s promotion program or sales policy. -Make plans for sales and collecting debt of dealers by: model, dealers, month, quarters … -Make regular reports as per request from managers.
