+ Assisting the Managing Director with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings; taking responsibility for meeting minutes
+ Communicating with internal/external parties to support all activities of the Managing Director.
+ Serving as the Managing Director’s administrative liaison to the Management Board and manages Board activities
+ Managing all confidential correspondence, files and contact information; coordinating meetings and conferences both on and off site to support the Managing Director’s agenda
+ Other tasks as assigned.

+ Your job will be to assist with the setup, acquisition and customer care of this project
+ Tasks include:
- Overseeing construction and setup of the incubator
- Sales support of potential clients
- Operation of the incubator including reception and phone service
- Making sure that client demands are met
