- Develop and implement HR policies and regulation of the company - Manage and control the Company’s compensation and benefit policies, employee relations staffing, training, safety, labor relations and employment records - Ensure policies and procedures written in line with company, local regulations, trade unions - Manage the recruiting & staff developing strategy according to board instruction - Organize staff performance assessment program - Represent the HR Department both internally and externally - Handle all-rounded admin & HR functions - Perform recruitment, selection, compensation and benefit

- Degree in HR or related field with 5 years’ experience in similar position - Demonstrated experience in HR process, policy, systems - Initiative, independent, strong analytical mind and able to work under pressure - Strong written and verbal English communication skills and Computer Skills - Prefer can speak little Mandarin or Cantonese Policy and Benefit : • Salary: Competitive. • Social, Healthy & Jobless Insurance according to the Vietnamese Labor Law (calculated on the real paid); • 24hours AON insurance • Bonus of 13th salary + performance bonus. • Provide free meal, travel allowance • Provide training program for employee’s development.
