1. Main purpose: - Responsible for plans, schedules and monitors brand activation activities, including sampling, sponsorship/events, trade fairs. Participates in strategic planning process of Brand management. - In charge of Event activities for Marketing Department. 2. Key responsibilities: - Responsible for managing and implementing below-the-line activities (sampling, event, trade fair, road show, etc) in the assigned region and in line with agreed strategy. - Responsible for controlling budget against agreed plan. - Supervise agencies’ performance to ensure effective implementation of brand activities in the assigned region and in line with agreed strategy. - Enforce sampling hygiene standard. - Field check. - Provide inputs to Marketing Manager for the appropriate BTL channels in line with brand strategy. - Collect information from competitor’s activities for benchmarking. - Other assignments are requested by Marketing Manager.

1. Educational background: Business degree or equivalent. 2. Working experience: At least 2 years experience in event organization or PR agencies. 3. Skills and Knowledge: - Excellent in spoken & written English. - Excellent in computer skill and also MS. Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, Internet). - Understanding brand values. - Good understanding government structures and some liaison/relationship with authorities, social organization. - Good analytical, controlling & problem solving skills. - Good planning and organizing skills. - Good communication (written and oral) and negotiation skills. - Good leadership skills. 4.
