Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the Chairman's schedule, arrange business trips, meetings with clients and partners, and other events and activities efficiently.
Email and Call Handling: Monitor and manage emails, make phone calls, and respond to necessary requests.
Document Management: Prepare, edit, and manage documents, reports, charts, and other relevant information.
Meeting Support: Plan meetings, arrange venues, prepare materials, send invitations, and provide support throughout the meeting.
Information Research: Conduct online and internal research or review documents to provide necessary information for decision-making and tasks.
Information Coordination: Ensure continuous communication between departments and partners, making sure everyone is updated and information is accurately conveyed.
Diverse Task Support: Assist in various tasks such as preparing presentation materials, handling expenses and invoices, and managing small projects.
Basic Problem Solving: Support in resolving common issues such as order placement, schedule adjustments, customer requests, and software and office equipment troubleshooting.
Event and Program Support: Assist in organizing and executing internal events, programs, and organizational activities.
Security and Privacy: Ensure information security and comply with privacy regulations when handling sensitive information.
Communication Liaison: Act as a communication bridge, exchanging information and tasks between departments and the Chairman.
Document Review: Receive and review documents and papers from departments before presenting them to the Chairman for approval and signature.
Directive Communication: Accurately convey the Chairman's directives to relevant individuals and departments and monitor the implementation.
Report Compilation: Compile weekly, monthly, and annual reports from departments and organize weekly, monthly, and annual meetings or ad-hoc meetings as requested by the Chairman.
Company Management Support: Assist the Chairman in managing, implementing, and overseeing company operations. Ensure departments complete their tasks and meet objectives as required by the Chairman.
Report Analysis: Read departmental reports, summarize, analyze, and provide solutions while reporting the results to the Chairman.
Report Template Creation: Develop report templates as required.
Interpretation and Translation: Translate documents and provide live interpretation in necessary situations as requested by the Chairman.
Other Reports: Prepare additional reports as required by the Chairman. Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chairman
