• The Food & Beverage Executive assists in general administrative processes and day to day functioning of the Food & Beverage Department. The Food & Beverage Executive completes a wide range of administrative, office and executive support related activities for the members of Food & Beverage. The role requires a person who is exceedingly well organised, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting a busy Food & Beverage environment. The Food & Beverage Executive always projects a professional image, whether through in-person, by email or phone interaction.

POSITION GOALS • Deliver efficient administrative support to the members of Food & Beverage, facilitating the effective and productive operation of all Food & Beverage Tenants. • Carry out all duties and responsibilities as detailed in this job description in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations are always meeting guest expectations. • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given attentive, friendly, and courteous service at all times. • Monitoring POS system & ensuring smooth & error free operations at all times. • Ensuring proper hygiene and sanitation standards in all Food & Beverage Tenants. • Forecast & implement improvement plans for management development. • Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures; implementing production, productivity, quality, and patron- service standards; determining and implementing system improvements. • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations & maintaining security systems. • Accomplishes human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining tenant’s staffs; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. • Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, sanitation, and cleanliness through training of staffs and by creating a positive and productive working environment. • Assist in developing, planning, marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns. • Other duties as delegated from time to time by the Food & Beverage Manager. All matters pertaining to the Company and its clients must at all times be kept confidential. Under no circumstances should confidential information be discussed with any party other than with the party directly involved. The employee must also at all times exercise discretion with disclosure of sensitive information to other employees. All matters relating to your individual employment agreement including basis of remuneration must not be disclosed to any other party (excluding your immediate family, tax, accountants, financial planners or legal advisors).
