With the intention of grooming young talent to take on future leadership roles within the company. Tetra Pak has embarked upon a future Talent Program to seek out deserving candidates to be a part of this program, embarking on the journey of growth & self-development. Candidates will be trained to support the deployment of Technical Service Solutions, opportunity identification and selling process. This is a 2-year program designed to develop future talents by giving them challenging jobs/roles for business leadership roles. The program includes job rotations to enhance the learning experience.
•Support the 3-year sales plan for service solutions within the cluster, including the marketing plan for solution offering
•Secure that sales and promotional materials are available to support Technical Key Account Managers (TKAMs) during sales process
•Support TKAMs in the deployment of service solutions
•Support establishment of commercial guidelines and framework, i.e. pricing guidelines, commercial terms, legal agreements of service solutions to be offered in the cluster, ensuring the alignment to global standards
•Execute potential analysis, supporting the TKAMs to identify opportunities at account level for the different solutions to be offered
•Participate, together with TKAMs, during Account Planning process
•Support TKAMs along the Sales process, providing solution development, value propositions, pricing and margin calculations and customer presentations, according to a pre-defined scope of offering supplied by the TKAM.
•Act as reference for standard legal templates for contracts, ensuring consistency of application across the cluster
•Govern contract creation in SAP, ensuring correct allocation of revenue across categories, according to scope of supply
•Support kick off meetings of new service agreements are sold, ensuring a clear handover to the delivery organizations
•Monitor and analyse solutions financial performance, report root causes of deviations and support establishment of recovery plans, working together with the Business Development Manager and the TKAMs across the cluster
•Support execution of pilots in the cluster as part of the global development to expand the service solutions portfolio
Yêu cầu công việc
•Bachelor degree of any Engineering (Preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)
•Master degree in Business background is preferred
•Not More than 2 years of relevant working experience
•Good interpersonal and commercial skills to engage with customers and internal stakeholders
•Customer focused and able to work under pressure and solve issues independently
•Good business case construction and analysis
•MS office proficiency
•Very good command on English language
•Demonstrate Flexibility & Adaptability to be able to learn across functions
•Should possess a collaborative mindset to be able to work & garner support from a cross functional & cross border teams
•Discipline to deliver high quality work on schedule
•Sociable and outgoing. Experience in social activities or member of associations and have taken leadership school / associations / alumni.
