Martime Bank Viet Nam is recruiting:
Position: Chief Digitial Officer
Location: Ho Chi Minh City / Ha Noi Capital
1. Design agile roadmap of initiatives in conjunction with business units
2. Manage relationship with IT and BUs
3. Keep track of key developments in the digital space
4. Ensure all digital programs have clearly defined metrics
5. Set-up a data analytics function which will create value by identifying and exploiting trends, preferences and other information from customer and E-commerce data
6. Guarantee the consistency and quality of the customer experience across all digital channels and touch points
7. Serve as thought leader and trusted business advisor to senior management and various stakeholders in helping them to improve their personal Digital IQ and the performance of their teams through embracing digital more broadly

1. Education Background:
- Education Level: University Degree of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Product, and other related fields.
- Foreign Languagues: English
- Computer Literacy: Basic
- Professional Experience:
+ Deep experience in digital product or digital marketing, preferably in Banking or Finance sector;
+ Implemented Best Practice approaches in digital strategy and transformation and that is effective in change management;
+ Developed state of the art digital marketing and sales tools for multiplatform implementation
- Management Experience:
+ Successfully worked in complex business areas
+ Successfully demonstrated, analytical and conceptual knowledge and a highly efficient and structured work method;
+ Well-networked in the digital community in Vietnam.
- General Knowledge: Markeing in Banking or Finance sector;
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technological knowledge, covering API architecture, next generation computing, big data analytics
- General Abilities:
+ Customer insight
+ Logical thinking
+ Marketing, Market Research and Projection
- Leadership Abilities:
+ Leadership and motivating
+ Influencing others
+ Assessment and decision making
+ Execution management.
- Professional Abilities:
+ Build a coherent digital strategy and successfully delivering a pipeline of value-creating innovation.
+ Develop new creative concepts and then take them from discovery phase through to delivery.
5. Other Requirements:
- Independent, trustworthy and charismatic with absolute integrity.
- Good measure of creativity, social competence and ability to work on a team.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive management skills and a can do attitude”.
