Admin (60%): - Purchase stationaries as and when necessary with best cost. - Maintain and control good working environment. - Monitor the moving of fixed assets in and out the office accurately. - Administer preparation work for new employees - working place, stationaries. - Ensure the administration and logistics support provided to staff members in terms of visas, make work permit, residence card, and at times coordinate accommodation and flight bookings. - Manage company stamps and legal documents - Supervise Receptionist work when necessary. HR (40%): - Assist HR & Admin Manager in recruiting for new employees, creating job postings (internal and external), collecting, screening and forwarding resumes to hiring managers for their review/interview. - Evaluate sourcing channels in order to provide information to HR & Admin Manager - Update company Talent Poll - Assist HR & Admin Manager in T&D by analyzing training needs for all employees. - Contact with training providers to coordinate venues in order to conduct training programs. - Summarize training evaluation. - Conduct Health Check-up for all employees. - Administer Long Service Award. - Maintain and update attendance and annual leave data periodically. - Manage and Run Attendance Record Report - Manage annual leave and OT Report - Other tasks assigned by HR & Admin Manager
• Take responsible to reconcile Account Receivable to make sure it reflected correctly & accurately. • Follow closely with Merchant to collect purchase invoice. • Check & guarantee the local report be submitted on time.
1. Senior accountant: • Being responsible for organizing and managing the general accounting activities including preparing of general ledgers, payroll records, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statements, tax re-ports, and other reports as required from Finance Manager during the year. • Assuring accounting activities and transactions recorded and reported in compliance with the tax law and accounting law, updating for changes in tax regulations and Vietnamese accounting system and IFRS. • Supporting in development and implementation of data processing system. • Performs analysis to support business growth & other related duties as required. 2. Fund management: • Manage cash & treasury function. • Reconcile banks transaction, keep records to accounting system. • Prepare payments in timely basis 3. Tax, Audit and Legal compliance: • Ensure all Tax function including all types of taxes (VAT, CIT, PIT and all other taxes). • CIT, VAT, PIT declarations on monthly and quarterly • Responsible for Legal compliance. • Support for year-end audit, internal audit and tax inspection.
Objective: • To manage all accounting related activities effectively. • To set-up and implement a save financial process within the company. Key tasks and responsibilities: • Managing the accounting team and ensuring all accounting transactions (accrual, allocation expenses, depreciation,…) are recorded based on the Vietnamese Accounting System, Government regulations and Company rules. • Preparing all reports required by Authorities, BoD, Auditors, etc. • Working closely with local authorities such as taxation, banker for all related issues. • Working closely with Audit team and providing support when needed. • Preparing monthly financial statements for Local book & IFRS book, expenditure analysis, reconciliation volume of issued and reimbursed vouchers. • Ensuring Inter-company are accurately reconciled and recorded on HFM monthly. • Controlling all payments and monitoring other expenditures and reporting all variances immediately to CFO. • Being always pro-active and finding legal ways in improving the company financial situation. • Developing and implementing improvements within the accounting implement procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the companys operations. • To alert and warn CFO regarding any irregularity, lack of compliance.. • To update CFO and team regarding new regulations, laws relating to finance, accounting, tax and other company activities. • Organizing, planning, coordinating and completing year-end audit. • Other ad-hoc assignments and projects assigned by CFO.
This position is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership and direction to the business in all areas relating to IT management, including the coordination and oversight of projects relating to system development and/or equipment and digital transformation. The IT & Digital Manager is responsible for leading IT projects efficiently and effectively and supporting the company’s users with IT infrastructure and systems. 1. IT management and Performance: maintain and enhance company’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. 2. Digital transformation across different channels including internal process and external communication channels such as multiple websites locator, app.. and mo-bile payment solutions. 3. Manage financial aspects of the Department, including purchasing, budgeting and budget review. 4. Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing and service provision. 5. Organize IT & Digital team structure, recruitment, people management & development.
