· Be responsible for the development of Professional Bulk and Packed customers within own geographical territory, in compliance with the sales policy and with all legal and technical constraints associated with installing LPG storage tanks at customer sites.
· Prepare monthly Contact Plan, run it and feedback weekly to B2B Sales Manager
· Develop, follow-up with Customer/ indicator portfolio.
· Build on existing Customer/ Indicator portfolio to find prospects/customers.
· Ensure loyalty for existing Customer and find new ones.
· Update indicator files.
· Negotiate with prospects/customers in strict compliance with the maximum commercial conditions defined by LOU.
· Ensure recovery of customer overdues.
· Implement actions proposed by the B2B Sales
. Report to the B2B Sales Manager about the results of these actions.
· In conjunction with the B2B Sales Manager, monitor the commissions paid out to indicators (brokerage fees, gifts, trips).
· Monitor tank installation after contract signature (verifies compliance with safety regulations and tightness tests for installations).
· Monitor existing Professional customers, in particular those with the potential to act as indicators or to increase the tonnages consumed.
