We are looking for an enthusiastic QA Tester who loves to build online mobile game-servers that can support thousands to millions of users. And above all, motivation and a passion for mobile games! As a member of the top-level QA team in GO GAME Vietnam, your day-to-day responsibilities consists of: •Works on the assigned tasks based on the test requests and other business related tasks as agreed upon •Involved in the preparation for upcoming tests such as game familiarization •Follows daily directions for assigned tasks •Follows test cases, checklists and prioritizes tasks to ensure proper coverage •Executes test cases as part of the checklist and/or test plan •Assists in creating test cases from test requirements, design documents, and while doing game familiarization •Developed understanding of the game development and publishing process •Follows all available training resources for answers then follows-up with senior team members to confirm correct course of action •Works closely with peers in game area and communicates issues and concerns to fellow testers •Gathers and communicates facts clearly and concisely •Effectively communicates with test team, and leads both written and verbally •Identifies problems in immediate game area that affect test or project goals •Assists in assessing and escalating issues and concerns to senior team members •Executes an assigned portion of the test plan outlined by the test cases •Consistently enters high-quality bugs based on department standards and performs accurate regressions of existing bugs. •Documents all the issues and errors encountered during the test; Creates and maintains a Bug Database •Communicates with immediate team and affiliated test teams.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skill set: •Passion and love in Game Industry •1+ experience in Console Games, PC Games or Mobile Games •Experience with testing on multiple desktops, mobile or console platforms •Understanding of both functional and subjective testing •Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC and manual testing techniques and tools: oExperience with Issue management software (JIRA, Hansoft, Redmine, Sifter) oKnowledge in Manual Testing, Test Cases, Bug database maintenance and QA Process Flow oA working knowledge of organization policies, procedures, and generally accepted Quality Assurance practices •Can read and write in English at basic level to describe and report bugs and communicate in working environment •Good communication skills and problem-solving skills •Meticulous and keen to details •Capable of critical and detailed analysis and comparison of different features found in game and requirements •Ability to accurately follow instruction and provide solutions toward at the same time.
