- Providing leadership to the Telesales Supervisors and Telesales staff. - Coaching, inspiring and motivating a sales team. - Ensuring the team meets the sales targets. - Sales training, development, and performance management. - A good understanding of the market dynamics in the respective sector. - Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth. - Developing and maintaining customer relationships - Disciplined use of system, communication and customer management. - Monitoring random calls for quality assurance. - Forecasting and analysing sales data.

- Bachelor degree in business, finance, banking - At least 1 year in Telesales manager position. - Experience managing a team - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrate the ability to lead large scale initiatives and projects, and execute change leadership. - Skilled in the application and use of computer and communications technology. - Speak English or Chinese - Have experience working as a Manager in Fintech company - Below 30 years old
