Mô tả công việc

ROLE PURPOSE
The Gallerie is PVA’s new and independent distribution channel, to be launched in 2nd Quarter 2019. The channel’s mission is to tap into the potentials of Urban customer segments by leveraging a new generation of young, dynamic and highly professional financial advisors, called Pru-Planners. Pru-Planners go through rigorous selection process, comprehensive learning & development program (Entrepreneurship Development Program). Pru-Planners will be developed to become Sales Director or Urban Director.
The role of the Gallerie Head of South/North is a Senior Management role and the jobholder directly reports to the Head of Gallerie Nationwide.
The Jobholder is accountable for successfully execution of the PVA Urban strategies as well as achievement of the Gallerie business objectives.
The Jobholder has primary responsibility for execution of the Gallerie strategy by establishing and leveraging the full-time professional advisors (Pru-Planners) to create value and competitive advantage for the targeted customer segments, and to deliver a truly differentiate service proposition.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Weighting: 20%
- Be responsible for the Gallerie business transformation to meet business demand on developing & accelerating young & dynamic full-time agents, sales leaders, high educated GAD generation to focus on growing Urban customer segments;
- Hold the accountabilities for the Gallerie strategy development, framework management, business planning and APE production target;
- Executing the Gallerie strategic goals that led for service excellence by ensuring every contact with customer are optimized and delivering incremental value for both customers & Prudential;
2. Weighting: 60%
- Be accountable for channel expansion by expanding the Gallerie distribution channel to the 5 big cities such as HCMC, CanTho, Danang, Hainoi, Hai Phong in alignment with the business plan/strategy;
- Be responsible for overseeing the consistent delivery of sales acquisition of the Gallerie South or North regions, while also ensuring a seamless consistent customer experience of the channel.
- Be accountable for attracting & retaining the good people by strictly adhering to i) the Recruitment & Selection criteria/process; ii) the structured training program; and iii) PruPlanner, Urban Manager, Urban Director career roadmaps
3. Weighting: 10%
-Be accountable for fostering a compliance culture as well as managing operational & compliance risks by liaising with the Compliance Coordinator to implement PVA internal controls & Group Compliance Policies.
- Direct the enforcement of need-based sales process, policies & procedures, local regulations, internal control & operational risks to ensure full adherence to PVA legal and regulatory requirements across the functional area of the Gallerie South/North.
4. Weighting: 10%
- Ensuring close connection between market trends/client needs; ultimate product/ distribution channel; and business strategy; driving a project in response to market changes and opportunity; staying vigilant and keeping abreast with market/industry development and competition; Providing feedback as appropriate to ensure timely response to market changes in terms of sales & tactics.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Educational background and professional experience
- University degree in Business Administration/ Finance and Banking/ Economics/ Insurance
- Advantage: Master degree
- 5-7 years of experience in frontline sales & customer management
- Working experience in Finance & Banking and/or Insurance industry
- Good understanding of Insurance market and Financial services in Vietnam
- Good command of English in both writing and speaking
