- Co-ownership role for our Acquisition Cash Loan business, budget, P&L, operations,.. in cooperation with Head of Acquision Cash Loans.
- Monitoring of product performance / continuous product improvements and pilots / risk performance (in cooperation with Product and Risk departments).
- Relationship management of key partners.
- Explore, negotiate and establish new opportunities and partnerships for ACL and Big Data cooperation.
- Lead and implement schemes for Digital channel development (in cooperation with Online colleagues).
- Daily management, periodic KPI’s and evaluation of subordinates.
- Plans development of Business Development/Insights capacities and capabilities according to the business and finance plan (including but not limited to headcount, training, technologies, operational costs).
