Manage of a team including Sales, Marcom and Technical support to achieve the yearly sales, as defined by the corporate strategy for Vietnam, namely: • Manage Scientific Department including plan, strategies and develop segment according to direction and overall strategies determined by the company. • Achieve the goals and business target of the assigned territory • Act as a leader in the Scientific segment to coach, motivate, and develop the team • Address issues and resolve problems, internal and external. • Build and develop strong sales channel by direct team and distributorship management • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times • Actively leverage and work with all business units on the total offering of HORIBA products and businesses in order to achieve significant overall growth for the company in the region • Participate actively in country leadership and regional business unit leadership meetings and provide leadership in overall business coordination strategies and initiatives across the region • Support company Quality Management System and improvement program. • Compliance to company policy, ethical, legal and regulatory requirements.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: Provide customer support, repair and testing of all instrumentation and performs field service calls and installations. INSTALLATION & SERVICE SUPPORT: - Responsible for the installation and commissioning to get the final acceptance from the customer; - Responsible for the maintenance of the installed base; - Responsible for keeping the demo equipment fully operational - Provide customer service for all instrumentation - Provide customer phone and e-mail support; - Perform field service for installations maintenance and repair; - Trains customers on software and hardware of instrument; - Install upgrades - Handles in-house customer repairs; - Promote service replacement parts, service contracts; - Responsible for getting the installations tools QUOTATIONS: - Prepare quotations for service issue when system out of warranty; - Prepare quotations for parts and service contract. COMMUNICATION: - Make sure that the communication is clear and trustfully; - Provide a report through CRM immediately after each visit; - Share the report with other people; - Update the CRM customer data base after each visit; - Ensure that the customer received all the information as requested; - Report to the management for any problems; - Write in English a trouble-shooting note for each solved problem. TRAINING: - Responsible for a proper training of the customer; - Responsible for being properly trained. RECEIVABLES & FINANCES: - Responsible for getting the acceptation documents for final payment; - Provide help to the sales coordinator to collect the remaining fund; - Responsible for cost reduction by optimizing travel itinerary, and time reduction for installation and repair. OTHER ISSUES FOR OPERATION: - Participation on request to technical seminars or shows - Provide all the necessary information to the sales coordinator to update customer data base; - Provide all the necessary information to the sales coordinator to update user list; - Other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Grow the present as well as new customer base in order to drive entitlement for the business in Vietnam with good initiatives. - Support the sales activities of the distribution channels together with Vietnam & HORIBA Group sales team by providing sales and technical expertise and application proficiency to sales network. - Organize and conduct training sessions with the distribution channels and/or direct customers to optimize product exposure and ensure appropriate support is provided to the distribution sales organizations. - Work with Vietnam regulatory agencies to establish comprehensive understanding of existing and anticipated regulations that will may affect the business transaction. - Participate in country exhibitions and perform presentations at applicable workshops/seminars. - Demonstrate instruments to customers, with or without distributor personnel, as appropriate. - Maintain knowledge of competitive activities, market trends and customer purchasing practices and ensure communication of these activities to the Vietnam and HORIBA Group Sales team. - Maintain a database of key prospects, key accounts, and key contacts within Vietnam - Assist in the training of new personnel, maintain a high level of cooperation with existing and overseas employees, and foster a customer-focused, team-based approach to meeting customer needs.
