Work Location: District 1, HCMC
Support to the GM: Coordinate with headquarters related departments to perform Human resources and administrate responsibilities.
Resource Hunting and Recruitment: consists of job posting, hiring, conducting recruitment exams (if any), and interviewing; to maintain excellent professional relations with the educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
Coaching the Employees & Personal ongoing development: new employee onboarding or orientation, management development, products cross-training.
Motivation and Performance Appraisal: conducts performance appraisal of a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and make the records.
Salary and Payroll Negotiations: works in collaboration with the accounting firm in salary related issues if have, negotiate with the candidates about the salary issues.
Employee Satisfaction and Feedback: The principles of conflict resolution can be used to resolve differences among the employees.
Update and implement regulation and polices, including local labor law and company policies, coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to the law and regulation.
Preparing the agenda
Summaries for the meeting and follow up
Preparation of the presentations
Support for personal documents, VISA, permit of stay, etc.
Responsibility for the travel arrangements – ordering flights, booking hotels, taxis, etc.
Monthly result and reporting according to requirements
Cooperation with outsourced services providers (accounting, payroll, legal, etc.)
Cooperation with the headquarter
Organizing the agenda, phone contact, preparation of the reports and other administration related issues
*Providing additional service to all other employees:
Purchasing of the flight tickets (for all employees)
Organizing of the meetings
Office management: utilities, supplies, maintenance, etc.
Contracts and agreements drafting and management
*Support to accounting:
Accounting basic knowledge requested
Helping in management of employees‘ expense reimbursement
Drafting and of company guidelines
Keep relations with accounting firm and internal auditor
