-Check & monitor staff’s working hours (time attendance). -Calculate salary & compulsory insurance in monthly -Do the issues relate to PIT calculation & PIT finalization -Recruit human resources -Make Budget, compensation & Benefit policy -In charge to issue company regulation & HR procedure -Update government law & in charge as legal advice in HR field for Director -Do all kind of admin task as book hotel, air ticket for business trip
