HR Management - handle all issues relating to human resources
•Responsible for general HR matters
•Make HR plan & yearly activities (manpower / headcount, salary range, recruitment, internal activity, training & development, etc), analyze & report (turnover rate, market, etc) when required
•Manage, create and maintain:
The organizational chart, process, rules, forms, labor policies, employee handbook, relocation package, etc.
The rewards & recognition programs and other retention strategies, annual review system.
Partnerships within the organization and employee engage, establish high level of trust throughout the organization.
The employee database in system, store all individual documents.
•Manage, overview and perform:
Recruitment (Job description, recruitment information, candidate screening, interview, requisition...);
Introduction training for new hire (Company history, system, workforce…);
The evaluation or training activities;
Attendance and payroll;
Mandatory Insurance & Extra Healthcare Insurance;
Employment wellbeing & benefit (Business travel, Sickness, Funeral, Wedding, Birthday…);
•Drafting all document and letter relating to HR task (appointment, contract, decision, revision, announcement…);
•Settle labor conflicts.
Office Operations - manage day to day office activities
Real Estate Trade Floor responsibility
•Responsible for general Admin matters.
•Overview and double check all payment request and Admin expense.
•Manage and provide service at:
Office rental and other matters relating to office include renovation and refreshing the environment and landscape of work space
Legal compliance on company’s licenses
•Ensure the smooth running of the office day to day
•Be responsible for all reports (monthly and quarterly to the local authorities) on the Real Estate Trade Floor
•Manage the inventory list for a well-control and on-time replacement for the equipment
•Maintain all equipment in good condition: access door system, printer, copying machines, server, PC, laptop, projector, camera, phone system…
In charge of IT related issues
•Responsible for general IT matters.
•Make sure all office systems running well and global policies are followed up within the Annual Operation Plan budget
•Follow the contract with IT vendor: fee, time & service quality
