Position title: People & Performance Team Administration
Provide general Human Resources (HR
) administrative support for our client engagements whilst maintaining a high level of discretion. Demonstrate the values of trust, reliability and genuine care through all interactions.
oProvide HR administrative support on all routine employment matters, including the preparation of relevant paperwork (contracts, letters etc).
oMaintenance of HR and team systems including Employment Hero and Monday.
oSupport recruitment and selection activity including position description and advert research and preparation, shortlisting and interview admin support.
oAdminister onboarding, induction and offboarding activities for clients as appropriate (including reminders and documentation for probation reviews and exit interviews).
oTrack HR metrics, analyse data and draft HR reports for client engagements.
oAssist in the delivery and analysis of employee surveys.
oSupport other members of the team as appropriate in the delivery of one off projects and activities such as HR Audits and undertaking market research.
