- Facilitates the recruitment process including advertising for open positions, interviewing, candidate comparison, and preparing job offer letters. - Maintains the Company’s confidential employment files and databases. - Conducts new-employee orientations. - Maintains Company organizational charts, job descriptions and ensures all the new change has been updated. - Assists HR Manager with developing compensation and benefits policies by conduct on the annual survey on VSIP and some nearby industrial parks. - Coordinates the performance management program and ensures all employees have annual performance reviews on time. - Collects and prepares reports and analyses for benefit plans, labor reports and satisfaction surveys. - Conducts audits of HR activities to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and applicable laws and regulations. - Assists with the development and administration of employee workplace and engagement surveys. - Serves as a back-up to payroll processing. - Participates in developing HR department goals and objectives. - Provides guidance and recommendations on employee relations and conducts exit interviews; coach and advise employees regarding HR programs, practices and procedures.

- Have bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management, English, Business Administrator or related major. - At least 2 years of experiences in the same position. Manufacturing environment preferred - Good computer skills, English communication. - Ability to communicate effectively, clearly, concisely with others (internal and external customers, both verbally and in writing), consistently demonstrate positive/proactive customer service attitude. - Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members - Have skills to handle confidential matters with appropriate discretion
