1. Responsible for the company’s payroll, prepare and analyze management reports and external surveys. 2. Establish a harmonious employer and employee relations through effective people management (communication, counseling and feedback). 3. Participate in establishing and administration of compensation and benefits in accordance to company’s policies and Vietnamese law. 4. Responsible for accurate and timely payroll management, social and health insurance and employee income tax administration. 5. Maintain and update employee database and leave management. 6. Establish, translate and maintain company’s HR policies and procedures according to manpower laws and regulations. 7. Handle training function and administration, recruitment and selection. 8. Involve in recreation committee and employee welfare. 9. Liaison with external officials on manpower issues. 10. Involve in any HR related matters as and when required by operational needs. 11. Lead, motivate and develop HR team to achieve operational goals. 12. Ensure that cleanliness and general well-being of the company is upkeep. 13. Involve in general affairs matters as and when required by operational needs. 14. Enforce safety and housekeeping in work area. 15. Overlook security management.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors degree/ Professional Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent. - Required language(s) : English (CV must be in English language only) - At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is a must for this position. - Preferably Leader specialized in Human Resources.
