MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Successful candidates will be working in one of the three below fields:
1. Recruitment
+ Recruitment planning & reporting based on factory manpower plan.
+ Understanding of recruitment activities and channels in order to advise new methods for effective recruitment (both for DL & IDL).
+ Understanding & implementation of recruiting mass number of female operators, technicians in provinces.
+ Participation in any outdoor activities & events at schools to recruit female Operators, Technicians, Engineers and higher levels
+ Understanding & working with O/S vendors to ensure input enough manpower for production.
+ Other tasks as assigned.
2. Training
- Understand overall training needs, analysis, plans in order to have suitable advice to ensure smooth & effective training programs for the company.
- Provide direct trainings to new employees (orientation, soft skills, excel & power point courses, ...) when required.
- Responsible for training reports to higher managers.
- Responsible for related training functions such as supporting for teambuilding activities, workshop activities.
- Other tasks as per assigned by higher managers.
3. Payroll
- Overview & check monthly/yearly calculation of salaries, insurances, bonuses, and related benefits for employees.
- May need to repare monthly payroll, payslip for employees and answer queries from them when required.
- Control labor cost, budgets and related ones in terms of HR management.
- Control daily, weekly, monthly time sheet, time attendance of employees and propose possible solutions/ actions if any issues arise.
• Coach staff under to input data of new employees, current employees, or related information on the system to ensure the accuracy, validity and update on the system all the time.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports of HR management such as headcount, labor cost, attrition, absenteeism, etc.
• Analyze and propose possible initiatives for compensation, benefits, retention, rewards and recognition to ensure the company’s competitive advantages of HR practice in the market.
• Coach staff under and manage ongoing relationships with internal employees to ensure they receive satisfactory support from HR members.
• Control labor contracts, decisions, and related HR documents for employees.
• Create and maintain relations with local authorities such as HEZA, Trade Union, etc.
• Implement smoothly the company’s policies, regulations, processes, procedures. Propose for further completion of these areas when needed.
• Other tasks as assigned by HR Part Leader, HR Team Leader.

Không yêu cầu
• University graduate.
• At least 05 year experiences in the same position in Recruitment, Payroll or Training in FDI manufacturing companies sized from 500 employees.
• Deep understanding in one the below fields: 1. Recruitment planning, massive recruitment of female Operators & Technicians in provinces; 2. C&B, Labor law, PIT law, and related laws; 3. Training plans & execution.
• Solid knowledge of payroll, ERP system, compensation & benefits, rewards & recognition for employees.
• Very good use use of M.S Office (Excel, Power Point).
• Honest, detailed, patient, supportive and can-do attitude.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
