Talent Acquisition: - Handling recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees for the company. Including screen, shortlist, reference checks, offer preparation for potential candidates. - Conducting staff on-boarding, orientation for new hired. - Taking responsibilities for company employer branding at Job Fair events and other activities. - Building up and maintaining good relationship with universities to support for recruiting activities and branding. Compensation & Benefit: - Salary management: Dealing with candidate for offering condition, make offer letter, resignation & labor contract, annex contract if any. Oversee competitive analysis, merit increase and salary structure to offer qualified candidates competitively. - Promotion/ Rotation: Play the consultant role to finalize the decision, review JD, join Promotion meeting together with relevant Department Head and follow up Training & Development: - Assist R&D in Technical Training Program. - Identify, partner with Training stakeholders, and implement Soft Skills Training Program for all levels. - Oversee and implement all communication relating to Training program. - Coordinate with HR and relevant parties in Employee Development program. Employee Direct Engagement - Identify, design and plan employee engagement events and projects that aligns with the overall ORIENT engagement strategy. - Oversee, collaborate and implement on ideas that make up the yearly activities calendar to drive engagement. - Plan and manage Engagement Budget - Develop and maintain relationships with all departments and employees. - Enhance personal engagement to employees besides the activities since the first day of employees at ORIENT. - Consult employees to solve their conflicts, challenges and issues to be happy at work. - Drive ORIENT culture at work. - Proactively propose and join in initiatives to improve the working environment and employee engagement Employee Communication - Assist in developing and executing internal communications. - Coordinate with MKT Team and assist in external communication activities

- From 3 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role - Good understanding of current labor legislation, policies and HR practices in Vietnam; - Strong recruiting and networking skills; - Background in IT Recruitment is a big plus; - Excellent interpersonal skills; communication (both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English) and negotiation; - Creative, innovative, pro-active and initiative-taking; - Sense of analysis and able to take actions for improvement; - High responsibility and ownership; - Result orientation, good planning and organization skills; - Proficiency in MS PPT, Word, MS Excel, e-mail, internet, etc.;
