Mô tả công việcEssential duties & responsibilities:
-Assist in worker recruitment process everyday
-Handle labor contract for newcomers
-Be responsible for managing ATM cards process for workers (contact Shinhan Bank to make new ATM cards, solve wrong pin case, renewal, support employees to withdraw money from ATM card,…)
-Participate in any internal discussion between workers & HR team if necessary or requested by immediate superior.
-Appear in any HR related trainings.
-Perform other related activities assigned by direct supervisor.
Reporting and Communication Channels:
-Internal: Reports directly to HR Manager.
-Communicate with others department for related issues.
-External: Shinhan Bank.

Persuasive verbal skill to communicate to all departments of the factory especially with workers
Knowledge in Local Labor Law and other laws pertaining to worker-employee hiring.
Able to understand and interact with different levels of people within the company that raises issues, concerns for discussion.
English communication ability (4 skills)
