- Making recruitment planning and take care all recruitment activities, ensure that qualified candidates are recruited timely to meet the needs of each department. - Set-up internal labor law. - Set-up compensation and benefit policy. - Prepare HR report and statistics. - Control monthly salary payroll, daily record, overtime calculation, ensure payment monthly salary on time in confidential. - Manage social insurance, medical insurance, ensure under VN law. - Control probation and labor contract, training program in short-term and long-term for employees. - Control business trip budget and relevant fee. - Solving personal problem of employees including reward and discipline. - Work with others departments, operations and corporate staffs to develop long-term human resource plans for the company. - Graduate from University/ College - 1-2 years-experience in Human Resource or related field. - Experience in strategic planning, planning marketing strategies, advertising campaign. - Knowledge of contracting, negotiating - Good communication, good manner and behavior. - Good command of English.
