Purpose of the position
Manager to drive and secure the high quality, effectiveness and efficiency of all Human Resources activities in the assigned Country.
•Assist HR Manager in managing all relevant HR policies, procedures and guidelines and make sure all staffs understand, implement and follow.
•Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives
•Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations…)
•Coordinate HR projects ( meeting, training, surveys…) and take report
•Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issue, rules and regulations.
•Assist in payroll preparation by providing data (absences, leaves, other information related to payroll of staffs)
•Communicate with public services when necessary.
•Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
•Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews, source candidates and update database.
•Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
•Maintains employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential
•Provide HR key figures to meet internal and external requirements (staff turnover, leave of absence, etc.)
•Assists in managing training, facilitate and continues learning, including enrollments, notification, calendaring and reporting.
•Assists in maintaining, tracking, and reporting of Panlink data and personnel records
•Ensure the integrity of HR related information
•Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
•Performs other related duties as required.

Line Reporting: HR Officer
