Now we are seeking the potential candidates for the position of “Customer Service cum administration Executive in Ha Noi Office” with requirements as below.

A. Customer Service
1. Input & release booking (all trades). (Get booking order, check service, space feeder & Mother Vessel (M/V), rate available, create feeder code (common feeder), input booking in GAUS & release booking to customers, Control booking by service/loops/allocation/feeder space ).
2. Daily update tentative booking, inform Haiphong for empty container release to shipper.
3. Make loading List and send to Haiphong OPS to make loading plan. Make final loading and Transshipment Shipping Advice to transit port.
4. Make shipping schedules for all trades, weekly update and send them to customers.
5. Monitor m/v connection, re-arrange vessel (VSL) in case of shortship, rollover, mis-connection.
6. COD, Customer claim, cargo loss & damage, problems management.
B. ADMINISTRATION:
1. Apply visa, working permit , administrative procedures.. .for foreigner (if any).
2. Process payment for office ( electric, rent office, telephone, pizza, meeting budget …) monthly.
3. Hold event ( for customer, outing, year-end party) yearly.
4. Book ticket, hotel….(if any).
5. Survey cost for office ( Hotel, rent office, satationery…). (if any).
6. Receptionist.
7. Back up accounting when out of office (send debit note, issue invoice).
