JOB INFORMATION:
Purpose
• The HR Admin Officer is responsible for overall management in HR - Admin Dept., work and lead team to complete HR - admin task, provide general support service for employees satisfaction, provide a good human resource for company operation; ensure HR objectives, policies and practices are well developed; recommended and implemented in accordance with the organization’s vision, mission and strategies as well as labor law.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Plan Human Resources:
Make plan of developing HR – Admin Dept. (recruitment, developing potential resource, company system, training, project…)
2. Recruitment:
• Draft job description
• Check and determine recruitment requirement;
• Organize the implementation of recruiting plan;
• Control recruiting process;
• Prepare materials for recruiting process: questionnaires, entry test, template, indicator for appraisal
• Choose the right candidate for the right position.
• Make and update organizational chart.
• HR Filing.
3. Compensation & Benefit:
• Implement, supervise employee executing company policy and propose the right regulations to BOD
• Support to calculate monthly salary, PIT, prepare payslip
• In charge of following social insurance, premier health insurance, follow up labor contract period and other related tasks
4. Administrative:
• In charge of maintenance, build up regulations and make plan of using property, equipment in company
Research and compose regulations, policy and process of company and supervise performance as well
• Manage and propose expense plan
• Satisfy demands of purchasing computers, equipment… exactly and timely
• Ensure good IT system for company operation
• Organize company project: prepare mid-year autumn, company trip, year-end party, birthday party, noel, farewell, health check-up and other internal projects…
• Document filing
• Any job as company orders
