4. Customer service

5. Develop and / or participate in the development of the supply chain strategy for the organization

1. Manage pre-qualification of waste
• Initiate pre-qualification procedure for a new waste, manage and control execution.

• Assess impact on waste/ AFR quality of new investments, processes and technologies.
• Support business planning process to budget needed resources for waste/AFR quality improvements.
3. Provide quality expertise to support sales in AFR business
• Cooperate with AFR and cement plant teams along the product chain (waste-AFR-clinker-cement-RMX) to explore together the interrelation of products quality along the chain and establish the specific waste and AFR quality criteria
• Collaborate on solutions and adjustments in pre-processing to adapt to customers’ chemical and physical quality requirements
• Collaborate with the cement plant team to investigate and examine impact of using AFR on clinker quality and develop solutions to neutralize it
• Continuously monitor quality and take appropriate measures for better quality.
4. Act as advocacy ambassador of AFR business
• Recognize the benefits of AFR business for society, environment and business, and speak positively about the company to colleagues, friends, relatives and others.

1. Auditing

3. Investigation

1. Category management
• Form up the Equipment & Consumables cross-functional teams to operate under category management model, guide the cross-functional teams to achieve goals while assuring the right process is followed and the right tools are used
• Develop robust Equipment & Consumables category plans that shape the team’s priorities and track actual against planned progress, ensuring due cognizance of the requirements and inputs from the management, stakeholders, and other teams
• Manage Equipment & Consumables category team founded & operated based on 5 key principles (1) cross-functional team approach (2) strong supply market knowledge (3) make change happen (4) stakeholder engagement (5) use of facts and data
• Manage Equipment & Consumables category management process following five phases (1) initiation (2) analysis (3) category strategy (4) implementation (5) continuous improvement
2. Strategic sourcing
• Execute daily Equipment & Consumables strategic sourcing following proper process from (1) needs assessment (make or buy analysis/ developing specifications) (2) market analysis (3) portfolio analysis (4) supplier relationship analysis (5) risk management (6) supplier selection (7) contracting and in strict compliance with company/ procurement policy, codes of business conduct, applicable laws, and ethical standards
• Drive the realization of savings, supply efficiency, quality, and process improvements
• Run local/ overseas Equipment & Consumables RF-x, E-auction, create purchase contracts, purchase orders and others as assigned, within authorized signature limits
3. Contract management
• Service delivery management including: (1) performance management (2) issue management (3) risk management
• Relationship management including (1) identify needs of stakeholders (2) establish communication with all stakeholders (3) manage supplier reviews
4. Supplier relationship management
• Manage and maintain healthy & sustainable supplier data base of Equipment & Consumables
• Ensure that suppliers have necessary capacity and stock arrangements to support the business requirements
• Ensure that robust contingencies are in place for critical items (alternate suppliers/ factories/ items, business continuity plans etc.)
5. Project management
• Manage Equipment & Consumables projects following proper process & using proper tools which include (1) team role definition (2) Adair model (3) stakeholder management (4) risk management (5) change control process (6) project governance (7) handover
6. Health, safety, and environment responsibilities
• Fully comply with all Insee policy, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and will be measured against criteria outlined in Dialogue
