If you are passion for Vietnam Agricultural Products (especially fruits & vegetables) to widely developed and reached to further market, to contribute to the Farmer and the Nations prosperity through Local Agriculture Food, then, this job is for you! Our client is a 100% foreign corporation, focusing on developing Food Products with local partners. In Vietnam, they are looking for R&D staff, with respectful details: - Assist for Product Development & Quality Control for wide range of products (Dried grocery, fruits & vegetables) from Vietnam export to US, Korea, Japan and further markets. This job would include but non-limited to: - Be a key contact person between the Company and local suppliers (Suppliers include Farmers/ Factories/ Processors) - Visit Factories/ Farms (mainly in Middle to Southern Parts of Vietnam) for mantaining relationships/ do Quality Control, as well as give further advice for the Product Development - Look for and Introduce new & qualified Suppliers - Assist the Company in Checking Standards & updated regulations of export/ import markets, Factory Audit, Farm Visit & Quality Control - Do market research and feasibility study for new business opportunities - Take care of issues relating to Product Development & Customer Feedback

REQUIREMENTS: - Passion for Farming/ Agriculture products - Experienced in Farm/ Factory Audit, Quality Control (QC) - Knowledge in Product Development, especially in Fruits & Vegetables - Bachelor or higher degree in Agriculture/ Farming or related industry - Good problem-solving skills and possess Can-do spirit
