1. Sales and customer services: - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media - Create relations with foreign partners by channels to expand the market - Receive purchase orders from foreign partners - Consult and negotiate with foreign partners on the need to import the companys products (price, product specifications, ..), logistic requirements (mode of transport - receiving goods, port import, delivery time, ..) as well as related content (payment method, payment time, ..). - Report and give feedback to the superiors on price situation to catch up with the general market trend. - Frequently exchange, capture and respond to customer’s feedback - Solve the unexpected problems during purchasing process as well as complaints about service quality. - Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data 2. Specialist skill – Export process - Keep in track the process of production, and delivery - Support, contact with others departments in arrangement, payment operation, insurance, and freight forwarding.

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role - Proficiency in English - Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques - Fast learner and passion for sales - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Hand-in tasks on time. -
