- Assists with Server installations and setups including multi-platforms such as 2008/2012 Servers (AD/DC, GPO), Ubuntu and virtualization servers.
- Researches configures and installs computer software packages, software upgrades, PC helpdesk Support, Operating System upgrades and maintenance
- Performs and verifies system and data backups and restoration on servers using backup software.
- Responsible for the IT equipment maintenance and software updates
- Manage the IT Infrastructure Inventory
- Participate in Disaster Recovery Planning and BCP
- Users account creation, deletion, and modification
- Provide IT training for IT processes, policies, procedures and guidelines for users
- Bachelor/ College in Computer Science or IT related fields
- 2-3 years of computer experience working with networks and computers
- Good English in writing and speaking
- Problem-solving Skills; Customer oriented; knowledge of LAN topologies and architectures
- Good understanding of service level agreements
- Strong analytical skill
- Customer focus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- 13th, 14th,15th Month salary, 12- 21 Annual Leave per year
