• Lead the overall architectural design area of a project and solutions to address business requirements.
• Understand business goals and objectives in order to identify what change initiatives are needed for the business to be more efficient and productive.
• Translate business requirements into specific PLM solutions, applications or process designs.
• Support project management activities to control scope, cost, schedule and quality.
• Communicate project processes, progress by interacting with the business to manage expectations and support solution adoption.
• Make technical recommendations and implement overall system design of the Teamcenter PLM Solution.
• Collaborate with Siemens PLM implementation team on daily basis.
• Drive and support all activities to ensure overall business objectives and targets are met or exceeded.
• Select, develop and train PLM team members to effectively administer Teamcenter once it is implemented.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Demonstrated successful leadership of direct organizations and teams.
• BS degree in Mechanical and/or Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or equivalent knowledge of PLM.
• 3+ years designing Teamcenter solutions or similar products, such as Enovia, ePMD, Windchill, Aras Innovator or Agile preferably in the automotive industy.
• Previous experience with Enterprise PLM, ERP or MES implementations.
• Experience leading a group of consultants during a software implementation.
• Present complex information and communicates with an effective manner for a given audience.
• Communicate with a high degree of creativity, self-confidence and persuasiveness.
• Good communication skills at various levels throughout an organization.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to grasp and effectively use technical concepts and technical information.
• Highly motivated, self-starter, and active learner with strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to perform successfully in multi-national relationships.
