[Job Summary] - Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, laptops or PC. [Primary responsibilities] • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. • Maintain daily performance of computer systems. • Install computer peripherals for users. • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. • Train computer users. • Respond to email messages for customers seeking help. • Ask questions to determine nature of problem. • Walk customer through problem-solving process. • Clean up computers. • Write training manuals. • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems. • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved. • Gain feedback from customers about computer usage. • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.

• Live in / Willing to work in Nhon Trach (Dong Nai) or Vung Tau • Experience in providing help desk support for 2-3 years. • Working knowledge of help desk software. • Strong client-facing and communication skills. • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills. • Customer service orientation. • Other Certificates are advantage. • Can communicate in English.
