Objective The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing relationship with current accounts and developing new ones, planning and executing trade marketing campaigns, and fulfill sales operation tasks in order to achieve the sales targets and expansion plan of the company. Reports to Market Development Manager. Responsibilities a. Maintain an active relationship with current accounts of the company by contacting and store visiting on a regular basis, suggesting improvements for sales and sending new product sales offers. b. Find and contact with new accounts which are suitable for company’s brand. Join with the Market DevelopmentCountry Manager to prepare sales pitch, manage contracts and follow through with vendors, service providers and clients, often partaking in client presentations and contract negotiations. c. Plan, propose and execute strategies to develop sales channels, including monthly trade marketing plan and visual merchandising plan to boost sales, both online and offline. d. Prepare and submit weekly status reports to the Shanghai Office, stay in touch with brands to update with new products and strategies, participating in international conference calls frequently. e. Provide product training for sales staffs in retailer stores on opening new stores (compulsory) and on regular basis if needed. f. Manage the sales activities online in all e-commerce sites by cooperating with Marketing Department to respond to customers’ request and process sales orders.
