AIM OF THE JOB
- Involve in day-to-day IT infrastructure, network, telecommunications and operation.
- Be responsible for developing and implementing networks and IT environments, security and policies complied.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Work with IT team in HQ for the application administrator in term of Parking system, Traffic count, POS, CRM, CCTV, Wi-Fi, etc…).
- Maintain security systems: Policy, Firewall, Remote access system, Internet access.
- Monitor IT Service management (vendors), undertake IT projects as assigned or approve by IT Manager, City Head or KLIT.
- Assist in other task assigned by Line Manager/Department Supervisor.

The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for leading learning programs/activities that align with the Company’s strategic objectives and support the growth of employees.
• Develop and implement learning management model that includes processes for training needs analysis, learning plan and delivery, training evaluations and training records management
• Facilitate process to identify core competencies required for each key function as a framework for staff career development
• Develop and implement leadership development programs to establish leadership expectations, enhance the capability of leaders, and build pipeline of future leaders
• Work closely with training vendors/consultants to deliver training programs that meet the needs of the organization
• Keep updated with the trends and innovations in training industry to ensure that the organization’s training activities remain current and relevant
• Design and deliver some internal training sessions such as New Employee Orientation, Individual Development Plan, etc

Aim of the job
Reporting to the General Manager of Sedona Suites, the Director of Sales and Marketing drives all the sales and marketing activities from planning to execution to achieve the set business goals.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Business Planning and Development
- Prepare Annual Business and Marketing Plan
- Do environmental scan, market research, forecast future travel patterns and provide trade proposal to the management
- Keep abreast of products and industry innovations
- Identify business potential for all market segments
Marketing and Branding
- Manage the Marketing communications to promote the brand and position the hotel for target markets
- Develop strategies and tactics for PR campaigns for products and services
- Execute collateral and advertising programs according to brand standards
- Organize and attend tradeshows when requested
- Establish and maintain contacts with professional people, the press, media, government officials, corporates and with any persons who are clients or potential clients
Sales Management
- Set selling rates and reserved rates in consulting with the General Manager
- Implements strategies and steps to achieve revenue targets in all segments and channels
- Enter into negotiations on behalf of the company as and when required
- Ensure that the sales team meet clients’ requirement and that the client service offered corresponds effectively to their requests
- Compile monthly Sales & Marketing Highlight Summary of all segmentations, Sales Activities, Competitor Analysis and Market Share Analysis
People Management
- Manage the performance of Sales and Marketing team members
- Provide regular guidance/coaching/feedback to Sales & Marketing staff
- Facilitate staff development
