Koru Education is looking for an experienced overseas education consultant for its Ho Chi Minh City office. The selected candidate will report to and work in close collaboration with Koru Education’s Vietnam Representative and Director of the HCMC office.
Specific responsibilities will include:
o Provide information to students about overseas study options and advise them on the basis of a careful assessment of their academic records and English language levels
o Assist students with enrolment and visa application procedures
o Offer all necessary support and information throughout the pre-departure period and liaise with the New Zealand office to arrange destination country support services
o Generally ensure that the students have a thoroughly successful study experience in order to maximize customer satisfaction and referrals
o Take part in promotional events or presentations, both in and out-of-office
o Attend training sessions from Koru’s education partners
o Maintain records and perform various administrative duties

Koru Education is looking for an administration officer, working in close collaboration with the company’s Vietnam Representative and Director of the HCMC office.
Reception and administrative tasks:
- Greet visitors, receive and answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Support the counselling team by translating documents and filtering mass client database
- Ensure all office equipment and company facilities are well-maintained
- Order and monitor office supplies, stationary and equipments
- Liaise with the company accountant to manage service providers and related expenses
- File and manage all company documents and data
- Provide general administrative support and co-operate with other sections of the company
- Other tasks assigned by Executive Director
