Responsibilities:– Support / lead the creation and development of overall design concepts– Perform all phases of various architectural projects including concept design and design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications– Prepare schematics, design development and construction documents– Coordinate and communicate all aspects of architectural design within multi-disciplinary teams as requested.– Work directly with clients and other professionals independently, and analyze client problems and develop architectural solutions to those problems.You report to the Director Chris Bosse.Trách nhiệm:– Hỗ trợ khâu sáng tạo và tổng quan thiết kế concept– Thực hiện công việc trên các giai đoạn khác nhau của dự án kiến trúc bao gồm thiết kế concept và triển khai thiết kế, chuẩn bị bản vẽ và thông số kĩ thuật– Chuẩn bị hồ sơ thiết kế cơ sơ, thiết kế chi tiết và thiết kế thi công – Phối hợp và truyền đạt các khía cạnh của thiết kế kiến trúc cùng với các bên liên quan nếu được yêu cầu– Làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng và các chuyên gia khác, phân tích các vấn đề của khách hàng và đưa ra giải pháp
