Plan & Management
Work with Chief HR Officer/ Head of L&OD in developing and managing L&D plan and initiatives to deliver business needs
Plan and manage effectively L&D budget
Review and update training policy and procedures in line with updated requirements and practices
Learning Activities
Develop a training curriculum and annual training plan (including soft skills and English training for non-mass positions) based on business needs and learning need analysis
Manage to ensure effective training plan implementation, including review of program design & delivery, evaluation, measurement, etc
Coordinate in developing an in-house Trainer pool to deliver in-house programs
Periodically review and update onboard program for non-mass positions to enhance effective new hires orientation
From time to time support in delivering training courses to enhance employees’ skills and performance
Build digitalized platforms (L&D Hub, E-learning, Google classroom, etc) to enhance learning opportunities for employees
Development Activities
Develop and manage the HC Business School program to enhance employees’ business insights, skillsets and toolsets
Develop alternative learning activities to foster learning culture
Coordinate in designing & delivering learning solutions to different talent groups
Others
Participate in HR projects which support enhancing company values, branding and engagement
Consult with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters
Participate in other assignments or projects as incurred from time to time.
