* Service Delivery - Provide an exceptional Customer Service experience to the Cisco client and their guests, ensuring that each receives a lasting qualitative feeling for the service received. - Ensure guests are greeted & welcomed courteously and their needs are anticpiated at all times. - Provide a specialised concierge service to the Cisco client and their guests as and when required. - Provide local & general information and organise itineraries to visiting guests as and when required. - Able to recommend and organise restaurant & hotel reservations. - Run ad hoc errands for Johnson Controls / Cisco Executives and their guests as and when required. - Able to provide directions, traffic & travel updates, information on flights and travel time tables. - To co-ordinate and develop Lobby Ambassador offerings further and to provide an exceptional and dynamic experience to customers. - Working closely with the Customer Service teams and the concierge services provided are regularly assessed ensuring that quality standards are maintained, and wherever possible, improved upon. - Provision of Concierge Services between the hours of 07.00am and 18.00pm.  - Ensure to have operational knowledge of the services provided within the relevant Cisco building. - Dealing efficiently with customer requests and the ability to remember guest names and faces. - Ensure the lobby desk is constantly manned and kept immaculate and tidy at all times. - Ensure that all absences from the concierge desk are managed so that the desk is never left unattended. - Liaison with the Customer Service Assistants and Guest Host to ensure service excellence at all times, this includes taxi service, chauffeurs and all other guests requests. - Able to provide, general information on the local area, directions, traffic & travel updates, information on flights and travel time tables. - Contribution to and use of the Customer Service team noticeboard at all times. - Use of the Taxi Booking tool for all taxi requests. - To be fully conversant with the FACTS 2000 visitor management and Resource Booking systems. * Compliance Management - Delivery of services as laid down on the Service Level Requirements document for the relevant Cisco office. Liaison with key service providers to ensure service excellence at all times, this includes taxi service, chauffeurs. - Report all service shortcomings affecting the provision of the Lobby Ambassador service to the Facilities Coordinator. - Monitor progress of service requests raised, this will ensure prompt response by the various teams. - Support the Facilities Coordinator with continuous improvement to services and procedures. - Maintain personal awareness of all office procedures relevant to Lobby Ambassador / Facilities Management role, ensuring that any required changes to procedures are brought to the attention of the process owner. - Support the Facilities Coordinator in undertaking daily audits of the relevant Cisco office. This will be a key part of proactive approach to managing the floor. - Be fully conversant with the reporting procedures for any non-conformance / incident in relation to H&S and first aid within the relevant Cisco office. - Must know where the fire exits and core shelter areas are located and ensure access to and availability of them is kept clear at all times. * People & Performance Management - Assist the Facilities Coordinator and the rest of the Facilities Management team with the operational responsibility for the services provided by the support teams appointed to work within the relevant Cisco offices. - Maintain regular contact with members the Facilities Management team based within the relevant Cisco office throughout the day to ensure consistent & smooth service being provided throughout. - Ensure to instantly recognise the key Cisco / Johnson Control personnel and their guests at all times. - Embrace and deliver the working together service excellence concept and to operate as part of the “One Team” culture across the relevant Cisco offices. - Participate in the daily focus session as required. - Ensure prompt and seamless handover of information and special requests between shifts. - Support the Facilities Coordinator with cross training other members of the Facilities Management Team based within the relevant Cisco office to be able to undertake the Lobby Ambassador role during peak periods and periods of absence.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 2 years experience of operating within a Customer Service environment providing guest and/or reception services to the highest standard. - Strong customer services skills and experience. - Present a strong self image of confidence and authority to enable effective customer service delivery. - Smart and presentable at all times, supporting the brand and image of the team. - Service orientated attitude combined with a flair for problem solving to meet and  exceed customers expectations. - Exceptional knowledge of the Lobby Ambassador service concept within 5 Star hotels or corporate buildings. - Clear communicator with all levels of personnel. - Strong team player within a multi-service team to include the Customer Service, direct and indirect service providers. - Logical problem solver who is able to focus on delivering the most effective solution to meet a customers needs. - Must have basic PC literacy skills and an ability to learn new software systems. - Ability to manage service disruptions in a seamless manner via effective use of the teams resources so as to maintain business as usual activity. - Self motivated, excellent time management and organisational skills. - Willingness to learn new skills.
