Purpose of the position
Order processing, logistics (both international and within Vietnam), import and customs - ensuring in-time deliveries to support the operational side of the business
Key tasks of the position
-Ordering of products to ensure business operations
-Interfacing with customs and agents for import, returns and inter-company transfers
-Interfacing with shipping companies, both local and international
-Complaint handling, implementation of HQ guidelines for exchange of products
-Processing and filing of receipts, invoices etc
-Supporting FM in daily administrative tasks
-Ensure smooth operation of the office
-Check E-mail Fax and forward to concerned person. Collect mail and forward the correct department.
-Taking deposit payments from customers, based on the sale requirements, and transfer payment to accounting.
-Update time record and leave record and compiling time-keeping reports.
-Filing accounts documents and medical records, including delivery, receipts, orders, etc.
-Keeping the line manager informed of the work status.
-To support FM with inventory management
-Interface to the multidisciplinary team.
-Interface to employees.
-Stocking and administering office supplies
-Presenting the company in all respects as a professional organisation in its field.
-Co-operation with our other branches.
-Attend to the back office area, make sure everything is in order and presentable to customers.
-Substitute for administration positions if absent.
-Perform other tasks as assigned by the company if any
Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge and experience:
-Bachelor degree standard or similar
- 2 years experience in similar position.
- Have Accounting background is preferred.
-Soft skills for service quality
-Relevant language skills in good level to assure flowing -
-Communication to all target groups
-Excellent Vietnamese and English in speaking and writing
-Excellent in the use of all necessary software applications
- Fluency in English. Good at MS office.
Personality and behavior:
-Ability to work under pressure
-Knowledge of local and international shipping processes
-Ability to interface with HQ for order processing
-Ability to handle complaints
-Openness about learning how to work with new software tools
-Good communication skills
-Ability to plan and work independently
Salary range: 10,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND
