This is Graduate Talent Development programme open for fresh graduate who interested for the position of Market Development Trainee for Specialty Chemicals industry. What would be planned out for you: The trainee will be assigned projects for New Market Development execution in Chemicals industry. We will provide you the opportunity to expand and grow your knowledge and skills in sales & marketing through structured development and learning. You will also be assigned a mentor with many years of experience for support and guidance. Full time job opportunities: This is a pre-job programme and career employment will be offered to those who achieve the milestones KPI in the projects assigned at the end of the 6th months programme base on the performance, competency, capabilities, strengths and also business needs.
1.Accountable for New Business Development in markets exploration for chemicals use in wide range of applications such as : elastomers and thermoplastics, Polyurethanes, flooring, coatings, composites, silicone and any other potential markets etc. 2.Identify and develop sales leads/opportunities, and develop strategic sales and marketing plan align with company direction. 3.Evaluate and analyse market situation, gather competition landscape, identify trends that effect current and future growth of sales and profitability. 4.Proactive in understanding the trends and issues likely to impact the market. 5. Manage reports such as market survey, development and sales, and forecast. 6. Responsive to customers inquiries, feedback and comments. 7.Good customer relationship and key accounts and project management.
