- Lead the go-to-market strategy for a new product in the Vietnam market, including: brand strategy, business development, corporate partnership - Manage company workforce development strategy, onboarding process, and talent retention initiatives - Oversee budgeting, cash flow management and legal procedure - Liaise activities among sister companies and headquarters - Act as spokesperson to investors and stakeholders - Frequently travel in-country and abroad

- Minimum 3 year management experience in entrepreneurial contexts, either in start-ups or large corporates. - Fluent in English and Vietnamese is a must. - Experience in owning or even failing in startup(s) is a big plus. - Having experience in working multi-cultural environment is a plus. - Only validate application is proceeded.
