KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
• To do correct Vietnamese translation for global / regional marketing tools like product cards, brochures, leaflet, Sunspot, etc. provided to support local communication to IBOs, consumers and internal resources.
• To develop, translate, and design layout & implement of public marketing tools, trading forms, business guide and internal communication/ training tools.
• To coordinate with local supplier for massive productions of Global/regional marketing tools, all tools of training/ field sales events.
• To handle all communication to IBOs and public vehicle.
• To translate and closely work with global/regional team for public media tools like Website, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Zalo, etc.
• To be the key event coordinator for all company events: internal and external.
• To manage related spending in alignment with approved budget.
• To take full in charge of product notification procedures.
• To take full in charge of program notification procedures.
• To prepare yearly through the line marketing & communications plans.
• To plan, develop, organize and execution of all marketing and communication actives.
• Other tasks assigned by Business Development & Training Manager.
PERFORMANCE MEASURING KPIs:
• Timely launch of global & regional marketing tools as well as public media vehicles in Vietnam.
• Color qualification for printing copies without any spelling mistakes & Vietnamese wording meanings.
• Timing to obtain Program / product notification approval prior to execution or launching.
