• Creation and implementation of company/brand marketing annual / quarterly / monthly plan; also maintains routine updates of the marketing plans.
Participate and co-ordinate with BM in the direction/development of creative strategies/briefs/execution and media strategies/plans/execution.
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis when necessary along with customer database analysis and management. Keep close relationship with customers.
• Coordinate with Sales team to propose, monitor and analyze marketing promotion. Coordinate with sales admin for the registration of promotions with Department of Industry and Trade. Update to related department and Accounting after registration.
• Assist in planning and execution Promotional events.
• Develop new ideas for reaching end user markets.
Coordinate with Sales manager to lead the process of customer satisfaction building (customer satisfaction survey and tracking, complaint management, customer service)
Co-ordinate with the Sales manager to handle customers’ comments via website/facebook, if any, reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude to strengthen relationship with customers.
• Manage and control website and facebook every day as well as monitor trend on digital and competitors’ activities.
2) Advertising & Promotion
• Create Promotional & informational materials such as: press releases, brochures, print ads, TVC, etc. for in-store promotion campaigns and/or exhibitions /events
• Monitor social media i.e. Facebook Fan page (daily basis) with concrete monthly/weekly posts. Others upon request.
• Support the development of the website; Keep website up to date as necessary
• Contact customers using mailing lists, tickler files and personal follow-up to encourage additional sales, maintain customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction.
3) Other Duties

• Minimum 3 years of experience at the same position with PR & event organization experience
• Adaptability ; creativity ; responsibility with high team spirit
• Management skills & ability to co-ordinate with different teams to attain the marketing objectives.
• Good knowledge about different media tools / rating
• Good communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Competent in Microsoft Office skills, especially Photoshop; PowerPoint and Excel.
• Teamwork skills, eager to learn.
