MeKong Flour Mills Ltd, a leading 100% foreign owned company in wheat flour manufacturing industry, having HQ and plant based in Phu My 1 IZ, Phu My Ward, Phu My Town, Baria Vungtau, is seeking high caliber candidates for the post of Sales Coordinator cum Secretary in our Ho Chi Minh branch, 7th Floor, Vista Tower, 826C Ha Noi Highway, An Phu, District 2. The companys wide range of wheat flour products with various applications is supplied to food industry such as bakeries, confectionery plants, and instant noodle manufacturers in Vietnam.
- Utilize the core ERP tool set to develop reports , create applications, interfaces, business functions, and menu generations.
- Develop, code and test JD Edwards deliverables according to JD Edwards best practices.
- Analyze business requirements and develop technical requirements to code necessary programs to satisfy the end users’ needs.
- Maintain data integrity, maintenance and analysis of systems, as well as develop and deploy custom reports, and assist with user training.
- Provide solutions to production support issues and resolve them in a most efficient manner.
- Highly knowledgeable in different modules of ERP such as finance, sales, procurement, inventory, and manufacturing.
- Second line application support, resolving problems face by end users.
- Manage day-to-day MIS support operation which include backup & recovery and maintenance of servers & data, hardware, software, database and infrastructure related matters.
Work at 7th floor, Vista Tower, 628C Ha Noi Highway, An Phu, District 2, HCM city
- To take purchase order from customers and make data entries to the computerized sales system according to the standard procedures if being assigned.
- To operate the sales modules of the ERP system according to the standard procedures.
- To arrange and assign transportation for deliveries to customer’s premises as and when being assigned
- To coordinate with and support the sales team on any matters on sales order, deliveries and after-sales service.
- To update and prepare required routine sales data analysis and reports.
- To report to the superior on any customer’s complaints received.
- To prepare monthly and quarterly sales data entries, reports, and analysis for the sales team as required
- To carry out logistic and travelling arrangement including booking hotels, air-tickets, arranging transport etc.
- To assist the Management and other the staffs in applying visa, passport.
- To carry out other secretarial works including meeting arrangement, taking minutes, interpreting and other coordination.
- To translate documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa.
- To carry out any other assignments or assume any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
