MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HeShe will be in charge of assigned stores. Goal is transmitting the Group’s values, policies and culture in people management in the stores. Creating a positive environment and influencing active in the leadership style of Store Managers
Your main duties will be:
1. Headcount planning, budgeting, productivity, cost, turnover, reports
2. Coordinate in recruiting/developing/promoting of internal staffs, Supervisor to Deputy Manager/ Store Manager
3. Technical training & evaluation for Supervisor level to Deputy Manager/ Store Manager, coordinate oversea trainings
4. Develop/maintain store Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
5. Detect training needs in coordination with Training Supervisor
6. Handle disciplinary, resignation for Supervisor up to Deputy Manager/ Store Manager
7. Propose, lead HR projects in stores
8. Perform ad-hoc tasks and other relates assigned by Manager

2. Inventory:

- Upload inventory result to SAP
- Create missing item journal and reports
- Check inventory movement
- Cancel/reverse transaction in SAP
3. Central Data Management (CDM):
- Check/fix idoc related to GR/Transfer In and Out movement
4. Others:
- Create margin report
- Create aging inventory
- Other adhoc reports as required

Key responsibilities:
1. RECRUITMENT:
 Be responsible for recruitment KPIs
 Update current and initiate to improve recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
 Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
 Implement new sourcing methods
 Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
 Research and choose job advertising options
 Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
 Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
 Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
 Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in
regulations
 Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges
and other partners
 Keep up-to-date on trends in retail industry; overseeing competitor strategic to effectively
execute manpower planning as an effective HR Plan to Business Unit
 Participate in job fairs and career events (if needed)
2. TRAINING:
 Develop, coordinate, and/or conduct general/job-specific/soft skills training programs to ensure
staffs are well- trained on their job functions
 Develop and conduct initial orientation programs to ensure all staffs are fully informed and
engaged to company business and brands
 Coordinate and/or conduct corporate sponsored training programs for store personnel.
 Build/maintain/implement training calendar/documents/database/records…
 Work closely with HRBPs and store teams to provide training need analysis, identify training
concerns and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Reports to: Country Commercial Director/ Head of each Department
To supervise and manage all aspects of the three departments of the store in order to maximize sales, commercial opportunities and controlling costs to achieve business targets. He/she will have autonomy of the commercial, operational and HR aspects, throughout the store.
Drive Sales
• Actively drive sales by implementing sales building initiatives across the three departments through effective analysis of the company commercial reports and visual layout.
• To drive sales to improve store performance and to support the GM/ DM to keep within budget. To ensure the profit and productivity goals are met by contributing towards the management of payroll hours, sales and P&L.
Store Strategy & Procedures
• Determine the strategy of the store, always striving to maximize sales and Store opportunities.
• Supervise managers for controlling and managing stock, product rotation, orders and devolutions alongside the product manager in Spain.’
• To be well informed about current industry trends and to constantly analyse the competitor’s product and market in order to be able to maximize sales.
• Manage and maintain the relationship and communication with Product Departments in the Central Office
People Management
• Promote participatory management style and ensure a positive working environment exists within
all the departments in the store.
• Provide input to companywide projects to ensure Zara is able to constantly improve performance.
• To work with HR in order to create and have actions plans in place for succession in the three
departments.
• Identifying potential talent for the three departments, also being aware about vacancies and
opportunities in other stores.
Customer Service
• Ensure a high level of customer service standards are consistently attained in the store in the three
departments.
• Ensure the store is compliant with all company initiatives.
• Lead by example to perpetuate the Zara culture.

JOB SUMMARY
Oversee the sales and operations of the shop, driving associates to achieve sales targets. Ensures KPIs are met by managing the sales floor, inventory, replenishment, display and customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Product Management:
o Organizing sales and stock control
o Manage, control, and monitor merchandising activities in store
o Ensure efficient Stockroom Management
o Liaise with Commercial team in product display, coordination and layout
o Control business plan implementation and conduct analysis of trends/forecasts and market
o Manage and control inventory by working with the commercial team in creating strategies to push and promote products to reach the right inventory levels
o Provides market and product feedback to commercial team
o Conducts regular market and competitor research and feedback the same to the commercial team
2. Operation Management:
o Make sure the store’s image is well maintained: window display, staff image, store operation
o Control usage of stores operational budget expenditures and inventory level and report variances
o Ensures efficient flow of in-store operations related to receiving, replenishment, staffing, cashier operations and customer service
o Implements promotional campaigns and strategies
3. People management:
o Manage, coach and review performance of team members, actively involved in people development programs
o Ensures the Career Development Plan of Staff together with HR
4. Customer Service Management
o Ensures all zones are properly manned
o Ensures a pleasant shopping experience
o Organizes orders, reservation ad customer returns
o Deals with customer suggestions and complaints
